On October 26, 2024, Goovet Group Joint Stock Company organized a safety and hygiene training session for its employees. The training on occupational safety and hygiene not only ensures the safety of workers during their work processes, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries, but also helps workers better understand their rights and obligations, as well as the safety policies and regulations within the company.
During the training session, employees were introduced to the basic knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene, including:
- The rights and responsibilities of employers and employees
- Basic knowledge of hazardous and harmful factors in the workplace and methods to improve working conditions
- Safety culture in production and business
- Workplace safety and hygiene regulations, safety signs, guidance signs, and the use of safety equipment and personal protective gear
- Skills and procedures for first aid in the case of workplace accidents and prevention of occupational diseases
At the end of the training, all employees were required to take a competency assessment test to ensure that each individual is adequately equipped with knowledge on occupational safety and hygiene.
