Dosage form: Suspension for Injection.

Composition: Each 100ml contains

Amoxycillin trihydrate: 15 g

Gentamycin sulfate: 4 g

Excipients qs: 100 ml

Indications

Sheep and Goats: Pneumonia, Diarrhoea, Bacterial enteritis, Pasteurellosis and Colibacillosis.

Cattle: Pneumonia, Diarrhoea, Bacterial enteritis, Mastitis, Metritis and Cutaneous abscesses.

Horses: Pneumonia, Diarrhoea, Bacterial enteritis, Genito-urinary infections, Strangles, Cutaneous abscesses and Foot infections.

Contraindication: Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to components of the product.

Dosage and administration:

Intramuscular.

Sheep and Goats: 5 to 10 ml/adult animal/day; and 1 to 5 ml/young animal/day.

Cattle: 30 to 40 ml/adult animal/day; and 10 to 15 ml/calf/day.

Horses: 30 to 50 ml/adult animal/day; and 5 to 15 ml/foal/day.

Generally, administer 1 ml/10 kg b.w./day, for 3 days.

When large volumes are administered, e.g. cattle and horses, it is advisable to inject the volume at two inoculation sites to favour absorption.

Withdrawal period

Meat: 30 days.

Milk: 2 days.

Storage: Keep it in a cool dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Temperature not exceeding 30oC.
