Composition: Each 100g contains:

Amoxicillin trihydrate: 50g

Excipients qs: 100g

Indications:

Amox-s 500 is used for the treatment of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria related systemic and local infections including Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., Haemophilus spp., Clostridium spp., Ornithobacterium Rhinotracheale and E.coli in poultry, calves, Kids and lambs.

Contraindication: 

- Hypersensitivity to penicillins or other β-lactam preparation groups. 

- The preparation is not used for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters or other small herbivores.

- Do not use for animals with impaired renal function. 

- Do not use concurrently with antibiotics cephalosporins, tetracyclines, macrolides group.

- Do not use for ruminant animals and for laying hens which are producing eggs for human consumption.

Dose and administration:

Poultry: 40 gm / 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.

Calves, Kids and lambs: 8 mg amoxicillin / kg of body weight twice daily for 3-5 days.

Withdrawal period:

 For meat: 7 days.

 Storage: Keep it in a cool dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Temperature not exceeding 30oC.
